Bend Science Station Goals:

To provide a stimulating environment where students can enhance their studies of science through
independent and small group research projects -
To provide an opportunity for students to work with their peers and enthusiastic scientists to
explore the world around them and share in the process of discovery -
To teach students how to use computer interface technology to assist and enhance data collection in their experiments

To train teachers how to use computer interface technology to develop laboratories that promote student inquiry

To provide tutoring services which incorporate use of the laboratory facilities to reinforce classroom concepts

To work with the home school community to provide a customized science curriculum which is taught in a safe laboratory facility
